仕事内容 Job Description 【 プロジェクトコントラーリング / Project Controling 】 ・数十億円から百億円超のプロジェクトに関する財務を担当する。（同時に複数のプロジェクトを担当。） ・入出金管理・為替管理・契約管理・保証状（ボンド）管理などの日常業務を基本としつつ、契約クロージングの際は外資系投資家やメガバンクとのプロジェクトファイナンス組成にも関わり、決算の際はIFRSでの決算や監査対応にも関わります。 - In charge of project controlling in the whose size (revenue-wise) are billions of yen. - Project controlling (treasury controlling, FX management, contract management, bonds management) to be basic daily tasks. But the canddidate to be involved in project finance arranged by international investors and mega banks. Also the candidate to be involved in financial closure under IFRS and audit correnspondance. 【 コーポレートファイナンス / Corporate Finance 】 ・メガバンクや地銀と協議し、シンジケートローン等の資金調達を行います。 ・また、自然電力やjuwiのファイナンス部門と連携し、各金融機関（特にプロジェクトファイナンスレンダー）へのコーポレート与信向上のための戦略的な働きかけを行います。 - To be involved in corporate finance for arranging synsicate loans etc. with mega banks and regional banks. - And to work for increasing JSE's bankability collaborating with Shizen and juwi corporate finance team 必要な経験 Requisite qualifications and experience 【必須】 資格 必須資格なし 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル スキル・経験 外国人から70代のベテラン現場代理人まで、多様なメンバーと良い関係性を作ることができる人間性、マインドセット。 入社時点で英語は要件としませんが、入社後3か月で英語の会話ができるようになり、入社後半年で英語での電話会議ができるようになる必要があります。 マインド REに対する非常に強い想い入れ プロジェクトの現場、技術を尊重し、自ら関わっていく積極性 財務の観点からプロジェクトを推進できる柔軟性とスピード 【歓迎】 英語を使用しての就業経験（1年以上） 銀行での国際業務、外為取引、トレードファイナンスの経験 商社やEPCでの資金担当・財務担当経験 強い当事者意識 【Required】 Qualification No specific license required Native level Japanese skill is must Business level English skill is must Skills / Experience Personality and Mindset for well comminucation with various members such as foreigners and 70s site managers etc. English skill is not mandatory at joining the company. But the candidate must comminucate in English within 3 monthes and the candidate should manage skype meeting in English within 6 monthes after joining.
