量子コンピュータの社会実装に取り組むスタートアップでソフトウェア・エンジニアを募集！ 仕事概要/Job Summary 誤り耐性量子計算を実行するためのソフトウェア（FTQCアーキテクチャ等）を中心とした技術の研究開発 誤り耐性量子計算を中心とした自社のプロダクトやサービスに関する開発や活用支援 Research and development of technologies centered on software for executing fault-tolerant quantum computing (such as FTQC architecture) Development and support in leveraging our products and services focused on fault-tolerant quantum computing 量子計算の未来を切り拓く最前線に立ち、誤り耐性量子計算（FTQC）を実現するためのアーキテクチャやSDKの研究開発を行っていただきます。量子コンピューティングの可能性を最大限に引き出し、計算エラーの影響を最小限に抑えるための新しい技術に取り組む、革新的で高度なポジションです。業界をリードする技術開発に携わり、最先端のテクノロジーの中でこれまでの知識と経験をフルに活用いただくことができます。 必要スキル/Required Skills 量子誤り訂正を含めた量子計算についての研究経験 Pythonによるソフトウェア開発スキル、対話型実行環境以外でのソフトウェアの開発経験 学術論文からアルゴリズムを理解し、ソフトウェアとして設計・実装できる能力 Experience and knowledge related to quantum computing with error correction and its related fields Software development skills with Python. Experience in software development outside of interactive execution environments Ability to understand algorithms from academic papers and design and implement them as software 歓迎スキル/Preferred Skills FTQCアーキテクチャに関する知識や関心 Gitなどのバージョン管理ツールの使用経験 チームでのソフトウェア開発経験 RustあるいはC++によるソフトウェア開発スキル 未開の技術開発の試行錯誤を楽しめること 異なる分野、企業のエンジニアと積極的に議論・情報共有ができること Knowledge of and interest in FTQC architecture Experience with version control tools like Git Experience in software development in a team Software development skill with Rust or C++ Enjoys trial and error in unexplored technology development Ability to actively discuss and share information with engineers from different fields and companies
