職務内容 【遠隔地リモートOK/フレックス/語学が生かせる】 売上1兆円規模、グループ157社（国内：49社　海外：108社）を有し、国内・世界トップクラスの総合人材企業であるパーソルグループ。 テクノロジーの力でグループビジョン「はたらいて、笑おう。」を実現することをミッションに、サービスの進化や、グループの生産性・競争力の向上、社員の働く環境の良化などをITの側面から推進しています。 7万人のグループ企業に対し、ホールディングスのエンジニアとして、AIという手段に拘りながら、各事業、サービスの新しい「はたらく」を作っていきます。 ■ポジション概要 パーソルホールディングス株式会社 グローバルTechコラボレーション室に所属しながら、APAC CoE(Center of Excellence)としてAPACエリアのプロダクト開発チームで活動します。社内向け採用オートメーションツールの開発を推進する、高い調整力を持つプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。 本ポジションでは「調整の要」として、ビジネス要件が明確に整理・文書化され、開発スケジュールが遵守され、マーケティングからエンジニアリングまで、すべての部門が完全に足並みを揃えて進められるようリードしていただきます。 ■主な業務内容 □プロジェクト全体統括（Project Orchestration） プロジェクトの企画からリリースまで、エンドツーエンドで管理。スコープ定義、マイルストーン設定、期限遵守を徹底する ・要件定義・ヒアリング リクルーターやビジネスリードへのインタビューを通じて現場の課題（ペインポイント）を把握し、非技術者にも分かりやすいプロダクト要件定義書（PRD）に落とし込む ・コミュニケーションハブ デイリースタンドアップ、週次ステータス報告、ステークホルダーミーティングをファシリテートし、VPoE やビジネスリードが常に開発状況を把握できる状態を作る ・リスク・ボトルネック管理 デザイン未確定、フィードバック遅延、リソース変更など、リリース遅延につながる要因を先回りして特定・解消する □展開・導入（Rollout & Implementation） ツール完成後の引き渡しを管理。採用チームへのトレーニング調整や、「開発」から「日常利用」へのスムーズな移行を支援する Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to drive the development of our internal recruitment automation tools. In this role, you are the master coordinator. You will ensure that business requirements are clearly documented, development timelines are met, and all departments—from Marketing to Engineering—are perfectly aligned. Key Responsibilities Project Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. You will define project scopes, set milestones, and ensure the team hits every deadline. Requirement Gathering: Act as the primary listener. You will interview recruiters and business leads to understand their "pain points" and translate those into clear, non-technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Communication Hub: Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly status reports, and stakeholder meetings. You are responsible for ensuring the VPoE and Business Leads always know the status of a build. Risk & Bottleneck Management: Proactively identify what might delay a launch (e.g., a missing design, a delayed feedback loop, or resource shifts) and clear those paths for the engineering team. Rollout & Implementation: Once a tool is built, you will manage the "handover." This includes coordinating training for the recruitment team and ensuring a smooth transition from "development" to "daily use."
