Overall responsibility for SPC and fund accounting operations Preparation of monthly and annual financial closings and financial statements Preparation of accounting data for tax filings Liaison and coordination with clients and related parties (Property Managers, Asset Managers, tax advisors, auditors, etc.) Client portfolio management Handling new engagements and onboarding processes Development and improvement of operational processes Training, supervision, and review of Associate-level staff The clients are 99% foreign companies located in Japan, and the work handled is international in nature. 必須条件 会計・経理の実務経験（目安：3年以上） 税務申告業務経験 英語力（英文メール対応が可能なレベル） Excelを用いた実務経験 自律的に業務を推進できる方 尚可条件 SPCまたはファンド会計の経験 会計事務所・税理士法人での勤務経験 日本商業簿記2級 外資系クライアント対応経験 MUST Practical experience in accounting and finance (minimum of approximately 3 years) English proficiency sufficient for handling business email communication Experience with tax return preparation Practical experience using Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and proactively drive tasks and responsibilities NICE TO HAVE Experience in SPC and/or fund accounting Experience working at an accounting firm or tax advisory firm Japanese Bookkeeping Certification, Level 2 (Nissho Boki Grade 2) Experience working with foreign-affiliated (global) clients Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから
