職務内容 チームの日常業務全般をマネージメント、及び業務以外でのサポート業務 月次・年次レポートの締め切りを守り、クライアントに送付される成果物の全体的な品質のマネージを行う。 チームメンバーが作成したクライアントの月次会計報告書および年次財務諸表のレビュー 技術的な質問の解決に関するチームメンバーのサポート ・クライアントとのコミュニケーションおよび関係をマネージメントする。 チーム予算および予算対実績差異報告書の作成 料金引き上げ提案および料金回収分析をサポートするデータの準備 新規クライアントプロジェクトのチームへのオンボーディングの管理 税務申告書レビューのプロセスの調整およびクライアントの年末税務申告プロセスの管理 ・新規採のスクリーニングおよび面接プロセスへの参加 社内研修イニシアチブの提供への参加 チームクライアントの請求プロセスのマネジメント Job Description Overseeing the general day to day activities and motivation of the team Monitoring the deadlines of all projects, month-end, and year-end reports and overall quality of the deliverables sent to clients. Reviewing clients’ monthly accounting reports and annual financial statements prepared by team members. Supporting team members with resolution of technical questions Managing communication and relationship with clients Preparing team budgets and actual to budget variance reports Preparing data to support fee increase proposals and fee recovery analysis Managing the on-boarding of new client projects into the team Co-ordinating the process of tax return reviews and managing the year-end tax filing processes for clients Participating in the screening and interview process for new hires Participating in the delivery of internal training initiatives Overseeing the billing process for the team clients 必須条件 ベンダーでの就業経験5年以上 月次、年次報告をご自身で行った経験があり、且つ英語で対応したご経験 税務申告をご自身で行った経験 レビュワーとして複数のメンバーの計算結果をチェックしたご経験 マネージメント経験 英語を実際に使って業務を行った経験（TOEIC800以上が目安） エクセル（SUMIF, VLOOKUP関数など）を常用し問題なく使用してきたご経験 尚可条件 リーダーシップに富み、コミュニケーション能力が高い方 US GAAP, IFRSや他国の会計基準について危険がある方 会計士、USCPA、税理士等の資格保有者または、科目合格をした方 MUST Over 5 years of experience working with vendors Experience in preparing monthly and annual reports independently, and handling them in English Experience in filing tax returns independently Experience as a reviewer, checking the calculation results of multiple members Management experience Practical experience using English in business (TOEIC score of 800 or above is a guideline) Proficiency in Excel (including SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, etc.) NICE TO HAVE Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and other international accounting standards Holders of accounting qualifications such as CPA, USCPA, tax accountant, or those who have passed relevant subjects Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから 求める人物像 ・フレキシブルに対応できる方 これまでの経験に縛られることなく、新鮮な目線で組織運営を一緒にできる方を探しています。 ・フラットな組織で働く事が出来る方 お互いを尊重したコミュニケーションは必要ですが、スピード感も大事にしながら決断できる方を求めています。 ・成長を止めない方 シニアマネジャーやディレクター、パートナーを目指して頂ける方を求めています。 We are looking for ・A person who can work flexibly We are looking for someone who can approach organizational management with a fresh perspective, without being constrained by past experiences. ・A person who can thrive in a flat organization While mutual respect in communication is essential, we are seeking someone who can make decisions with a sense of speed. ・A person who never stops growing We are looking for individuals who aspire to become Senior Managers, Directors, or Partners in the future.
