職務内容 法定監査・任意監査他の現場責任者を担当していただきます。 金商法・会社法監査、その他法定監査（資産流動化法、投資事業有限責任組合契約に関する法律等に基づく監査等）、任意監査、外国企業の日本子会社の監査、レビュー他 Job Description You will serve as the engagement lead for statutory and voluntary audit assignments. This includes audits under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Companies Act, other statutory audits (such as those based on the Asset Securitization Act and the Limited Partnership Act for Investment), voluntary audits, audits of Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies, and review engagements. 必須条件 日本の公認会計士資格保持者または米国公認会計士資格保持者 監査法人での実務経験3年以上 尚可条件 上場企業監査の経験 英語力：日常会話～ビジネスレベル MUST JCPA or USCPA holder Minimum of 3 years of practical experience at an audit firm NICE TO HAVE Experience in auditing listed companies English proficiency: Conversational to business level Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから
