Lead Production Associate (2ND SHIFT) (Ogden, UT)

The Pictsweet Company is currently seeking a Production Lead to join our 2ND SHIFT at our frozen vegetable packaging facility in Ogden, UT. This position is responsible for monitoring and coordinating all activities of the production process. Directs 4-7 employees on each production line. Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
