About The Role

  1. You will perform complex installations, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on a wide range of equipment and systems, often involving advanced diagnostics and specialized tools.
  2. You will diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, both hardware and software related, independently and efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers.
  3. You will conduct thorough testing and calibration of systems to ensure they meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
  4. You will provide advanced technical guidance and training to junior field service engineers and customer personnel on products and best practices.
  5. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and product management teams to provide feedback on product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product development.
  6. You will document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used, accurately and promptly in the designated service management system.
  7. You will manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. You will adhere to all company safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations during all service operations.
  9. You will participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency service requests as needed.
  10. You will proactively identify opportunities for service contract renewals and upgrades with customers.
  11. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  13. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
  14. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex electronic, mechanical, and software-driven systems.
  15. Proficiency in using various diagnostic tools, test equipment, and calibration instruments.
  16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical challenges.
  17. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  18. Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
