About The Role

  1. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing ones, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.
  2. You will conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing data, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  3. You will develop and implement solutions to improve production yield, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
  4. You will collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
  5. You will define and establish process parameters, control limits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational stability.
  6. You will utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools to monitor and maintain process performance.
  7. You will lead root cause analysis of production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  8. You will identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance production capabilities and competitiveness.
  9. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
  10. You will ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  11. You will prepare detailed engineering reports, presentations, and documentation.
  12. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  14. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  15. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production process engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.
  16. Proven track record of successfully optimizing manufacturing processes, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
  17. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
  18. Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD/CAM tools, and statistical analysis software.
  19. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  20. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  21. Experience with automated manufacturing systems and robotics is highly desirable.
  22. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
