Manufacturing Production Process Engineering Senior Professional

About The Role
- You will lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing ones, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.
- You will conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing data, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- You will develop and implement solutions to improve production yield, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
- You will collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
- You will define and establish process parameters, control limits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational stability.
- You will utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools to monitor and maintain process performance.
- You will lead root cause analysis of production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- You will identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance production capabilities and competitiveness.
- You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- You will prepare detailed engineering reports, presentations, and documentation.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production process engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing manufacturing processes, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD/CAM tools, and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems and robotics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
