The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors. How you'll make an impact

  1. You will support the construction and digitalization of the OLTC production line, including coordination between IT systems and shopfloor OT equipment.
  2. You will assist in optimizing CNC programming and production-related system parameters to improve efficiency, stability, and standardization.
  3. You will support integration and testing activities among production equipment, PLC/robot interfaces, ECS/MES, AGV, and automated warehouse-related systems, help collect, analyze, maintain production, equipment data, and support troubleshooting of basic system or interface issues.
  4. You will assist in preparing technical documents, operating instructions, process records, and change tracking for IT/OT improvement projects, cooperate with engineering, production, quality, and IT teams to support continuous improvement and on-site project implementation.
  5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  7. Bachelor's degree and above.
  8. Major in automation/digital or electrical engineer related.
  9. Good at office tools Word, Excel, PPT, PowerBI utilization.
  10. Proficient in English communication.
