About The Role
- You will assist in talent acquisition: data collection and analysis for talent mapping; cold-call target candidates (summer interns).
- You will clear up archives on Talent management, help to build up new share folders. Etc.
- You will also support in other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer sciences is preferred.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week.
- With HR Intern experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills good communication skills.
- Quick learner.
- Good oral and written English Familiar with Excel, Outlook, PPT.
- Benefits: Salary: RMB 240 Day, Shuttle bus.
