About The Role

You will support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs also assist in conducting workplace safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
You will support HSE data collection, analysis, and reporting (e.g., incidents, near-misses, observations) and assist in organizing and coordinating HSE training sessions and awareness campaigns.
You will help maintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations also support Safety Observation Tours (SOT) and other safety engagement initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and perform other HSE-related administrative or project support tasks as assigned.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You can currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of HSE concepts (e.g., hazard identification, risk assessment, safety regulations).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
