We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.
This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the design and development of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems, gaining practical experience within a leading global technology company.
How you'll make an impact
- You will assist in the preliminary design and analysis of HVDC system components, including converters, filters, and control systems.
- You will conduct simulations and modeling of HVDC system performance using industry-standard software (e.g., PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink), participate in the review of technical specifications and design documentation.
- You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to HVDC system projects, collaborate with experienced engineers on various design challenges and solutions.
- You will contribute to the preparation of technical presentations and internal reports, research emerging HVDC technologies and best practices.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a focus on power electronics, power systems, or control systems.
- Familiarity with HVDC concepts and principles is highly desirable, proficiency in simulation software such as PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute to complex technical projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
