About The Role

You will be responsible for development of automation tools/platform for engineering design process. Maintenance for design database.
You will be responsible for Digital process transformation for the workflow in department and cross-functional.
You will collaborate with each function in company to ensure design/process improvement and optimization.
You will be responsible for Material and Components selection and verification, new material development, maintenance, standardization, compiling norms and company standards.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Material science/Software Engineering/Mechanical or a related field.
Proficiency in one or more of programing tools/design software (e.g., C++, Java, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo..).
Experience in the design of transformers is preferred (e.g., distribution transformers, power transformers, special transformers, Box-type transformer, secondary wiring designing for control cabinet).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
