Manufacturing Production Scheduling Senior Professional

About The Role
- You will formulate the master production schedule based on sales orders, market demand forecasts and customer delivery requirements, track the implementation of the production schedule, analyze the causes for any unfulfilled links in the plan, and ensure on-time order delivery.
- You will collaborate with the procurement department to track the progress of material procurement and delivery status in accordance with the production schedule, verify material matching, and drive the procurement department to promptly resolve material anomalies.
- You will analyze the product structure, price trends and cost composition of IKC based on order reception and sales revenue data, providing forward-looking support for continuous improvement, promoting the data sharing and optimization of digital platforms such as IKCT, REIWA and ECS, and elevating IKC's digitalization and smart manufacturing capabilities.
- You will track the implementation of the production schedule, analyze the causes for any unfulfilled links in the plan, and ensure on-time order delivery, collaborate with the procurement department to track the progress of material procurement and delivery status in accordance with the production schedule, verify material matching, and drive the procurement department to promptly resolve material anomalies.

- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with experience in production planning, logistics, procurement and production management in the transformer/woodworking industry are preferred.
- Proficient in using production management-related software (e.g., SAP, MES systems).
- Skilled in office software, with expertise in Excel (including PivotTables, function formulas, chart creation, etc.) and the ability to conduct efficient data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing industry (e.g., equipment management, material management, quality management such as ISO9001, supply chain management, etc.); able to quickly understand the working logic of each link and achieve efficient collaboration.
- Proficient in using production management-related software (e.g., SAP, MES systems), skilled in office software, with expertise in Excel (including PivotTables, function formulas, chart creation, etc.) and the ability to conduct efficient data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing industry (e.g., equipment management, material management, quality management such as ISO9001, supply chain management, etc.); able to quickly understand the working logic of each link and achieve efficient collaboration.
- Proficiency in English communication.
