Intern (Client Experience)

What You’ll Do Instead of predictable daily routines, your work will span three core pillars: Process Optimization & Value Delivery: Identify operational bottlenecks and permanently fix them. You’ll design and implement structured solutions for onboarding pipelines, SLA tracking, and automation workflows. Cross-Functional Incident Response: When unexpected operational glitches occur, you’ll step in to coordinate across technical and business teams, driving rapid problem resolution. Salesforce Product Management: Act as the internal Product Manager for our Salesforce platform, which supports over 100 internal users. You will gather requirements, design workflows, write technical specs, and coordinate rollouts with our engineering team. Qualifications: Education: Current undergraduate or recent graduate with a strong academic track record in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline. Language Skills: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. Prior Experience: Previous internship or part-time experience in management consulting, business analysis, project management, or operations improvement is highly preferred. Industry Interest: A keen interest in financial services, fintech, or digital assets (prior crypto experience is a plus but not mandatory).
