Role Overview Role Title: Senior Manager, Treasury Function: Finance Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full time Job Summary You will join the Treasury team and play a pivotal role in Capital Markets financing, Operational Digitalization, and Team Management. This position is designed for a hands-on expert who moves beyond simple execution to drive financing strategies and optimize systems, ensuring the company’s liquidity infrastructure supports its high-growth demands. What you’ll do Capital Markets & Financing Execution Financing Strategy & Execution: Lead the execution of syndicated loans and other debt instruments to ensure successful fundraising and capital deployment; provide support for Convertible Bond modeling and lifecycle management as needed. Risk & Covenant Monitoring: Rigorously monitor Financial Covenants to ensure a "Zero Default" environment and manage ongoing relationships with banking syndicates. Treasury Operations & System Innovation Digitalization & Automation: Spearhead the continuous optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and drive broader treasury process automation to minimize manual workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Next-Gen Forecasting: Drive the adoption of AI/Data-driven techniques to significantly enhance Cash Flow Forecasting accuracy.. Team Management & Collaboration Operational Leadership: Assist the Treasurer in managing daily team operations and task allocation to improve overall execution efficiency. Strategic Representation: Represent the Treasury function in cross-departmental meetings and decision-making processes when required. Language: Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (Cantonese proficiency is a plus). Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools or AI applications is advantageous. What you need Experience: 8-12 years of Corporate Treasury experience, preferably within a TMT/MNC Regional Hub or a top-tier Conglomerate in Hong Kong. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Required: Solid experience in syndicated loan execution and bank facility management is a must. Preferred: Experience with Convertible Bonds, structured financing models, or debt advisory is a plus. Demonstrated capability in TMS implementation and driving process automation projects. Soft Skills: Professional Maturity & Judgment: Highly independent with sound decision-making skills; capable of exercising professional judgment in complex situations with minimal supervision. "Hands-on" Approach: A proactive professional who can navigate complex projects and detailed execution simultaneously. Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex treasury concepts to internal stakeholders and negotiate effectively with external banking partners.
