What you will do: Support merchant information setup and product onboarding processes on the platform Conduct test bookings to ensure product setup and booking flow are functioning properly Create instructional materials for booking processes Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate onboarding, testing, and issue resolution Handle post-booking issues and provide operational support to ensure smooth customer experience Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Planning teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution Provide cross-functional support for ongoing operational tasks and projects What you will need: Fluent in both Chinese and English Strong communication skills and proficiency in presentation deck creation Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Globally minded and able to collaborate with diverse teams A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
