About The Role

Position Summary Support the company's global digital assets licensing applications and maintenance. This role focuses on executing application processes with strong cross-department coordination, managing regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Execution & Cross-Department Coordination Lead the collection and preparation of licensing application documents by coordinating across multiple departments (Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology) Develop and maintain document request trackers to ensure timely submission of required materials from all stakeholders Organize and facilitate cross-functional licensing preparation meetings to align requirements and timelines Act as primary liaison between legal team and business units for all licensing documentation needs 2. Document Management & Process Optimization Maintain centralized licensing files and regulatory databases accessible to authorized stakeholders Implement and improve document management processes for multi-department collaboration Assist with routine regulatory filings 3. Research & Regulatory Alignment Conduct preliminary research on regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable departmental requirements Prepare and distribute regulatory requirement summaries to relevant depts Monitor regulatory updates and communicate impacts to cross-functional teams 4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Schedule and prepare materials for regulatory meetings involving multiple departments Coordinate with external counsel while ensuring internal stakeholder alignment Maintain shared application timelines and provide regular status updates to all involved teams Develop and maintain standardized documentation templates for consistent cross-department use Qualifications: 1.Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of relevant experience in private practice and/or in-house legal roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, technology, or gaming sectors. 2.Hands-on experience in regulatory licensing applications is strongly preferred. 3.Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with regulators, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders. 4.Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin is a significant advantage.
