Responsibilities Responsible for the planning, design, and full lifecycle operation of cross-border finance/international settlement products, formulating product strategies and iteration requirements. Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the customer experience of the system, lead the creation and acceptance of product requirement documents (PRD), ensuring product features and user experience meet expectations. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive product development progress, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery. Track financial market trends and industry dynamics, combine policy information and market analysis reports to drive product iteration. Use data analysis (LTV, retention rate, conversion funnel) to identify operational issues and continuously improve product features and user experience through A/B testing, user research, etc. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Financial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border payment/international settlement/fintech product operations, with familiarity in transaction processes and market mechanisms. Familiar with agile development processes and possesses project management capabilities. Strong ability in financial market analysis and strategy formulation, with sensitivity to policy and industry dynamics. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or equivalent analytical platforms. Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent level), with the ability to handle English documentation and communication effectively. What We Offer Easy access to public transportation (LRT & KTM).
