What you´ll do This lab based role will lead internal and external technical requests and projects for the APP applications team, with emphasis on Paper Packaging segments Plans and executes laboratory projects to support customer/market projects in collaboration with technical service and sales teams. Prepares laboratory reports which present findings and conclusions and prepares direct customer correspondence. Effectively communicates technical information directly to internal and external stakeholders. Develops portfolio knowledge in order to make product recommendations and identify gaps. Develops and implements applications testing capabilities. Actively supports the quality complaint investigation process. May execute customer visits for complaint investigations, troubleshooting, data collection, product/technology demos, equipment management, and training seminars as needed. Leads by example in safety and maintains 100% compliance for all SHE initiatives.
