Lead maintenance operations, ensuring timely and safe equipment repairs while maximizing reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance systems, work order execution, data integrity, and reporting through CMMS/SAP platforms. Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, energy conservation initiatives, and facility compliance programs. Lead, develop, and grow the maintenance team through hiring, coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management. Drive strategic maintenance and facilities programs that improve equipment performance, building security, efficiency, quality, and overall operational effectiveness.
