Overview of the Product Manager As key drivers of innovation and success, our Product Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers (Host, Corporate clients, Panels partners, Members, Insurers) and the strategic goals of our organisation. Purpose and Impact Product Managers at HealthMetrics are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our products. From ideation to launch, they collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge the gap between business strategy and product development, and strive to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Core functions Product Strategy: Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap. Align product goals with overall business objectives. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features. Decision-Making: Make data-driven decisions based on market analysis and product metrics. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs. Responsibilities Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Define and document product requirements and specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present product strategies and updates to senior management.
