Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,354–$2,463 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 5x8 days (days) - Start date: 08/17/2026 - Location: Tulare, CA (inpatient OR/perioperative setting) - Travel assignment with dedicated support Responsibilities - Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the operating room and assigned groups according to established standards of care and the nursing process. - Administer perioperative nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety. - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff during shifts; provide guidance as needed. - Coordinate care with anesthesia, surgeons, circulators, and other disciplines; apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making. - Document patient status, procedures, and outcomes accurately; monitor patient responses and respond promptly to changes in condition. - Uphold infection control practices, patient advocacy, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe, high-quality care.
