Process Engineer

Job Summary: The Process Engineer supports the development, optimization, and maintenance of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes across multiple modules, including lithography, etch, metallization, deposition, and anneal. This role partners closely with senior engineers to improve process stability, yield, and overall manufacturing efficiency through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control plans while executing experiments and integrating new device flows into production.
