Talent and Leadership HDBP | Hopkinsville, KY Metalsa is hiring a Talent and Leadership HDBP to own the full talent lifecycle across our Hopkinsville plant—from identifying high-potential employees through structured succession planning, to coaching Group Leaders and Area Managers, to enabling strong performance across the salaried workforce. You'll design leadership development pipelines, lead talent and performance calibration sessions, own individual development plans for key talent, and partner closely with operations leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
