Learning and Development Specialist | Hopkinsville, KY Metalsa is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to be a catalyst for continuous growth across our Hopkinsville plant. You'll partner with operations leaders to identify skills gaps, design and deliver training programs for operators, technicians, and leaders, and own the infrastructure behind our training records, certifications, and compliance tracking. This role blends strategic learning design with hands-on execution—from new hire orientation to Train the Trainer programs—ensuring our workforce has the skills and confidence to drive operational excellence.
