Order Management Coordinator

The Coordinator, Order Management, is responsible for managing customer orders throughout the complete manufacturing lifecycle for Telamon's Shelter Manufacturing and Assembly Center (SMAC) located in Denton, Texas. This position serves as the primary coordination point between customers, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure ILA shelters, cabinets, and associated equipment are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements. This is an in-office position that requires daily collaboration with manufacturing personnel and cross-functional teams to support production schedules, customer commitments, and operational excellence.
