About The Role

The Applications Engineer, Telecom Shelter Systems is responsible for translating customer engineering requirements into accurate, manufacturable configurations and bills of material for telecom shelter, hut, central office, and related power infrastructure projects. This role primarily owns BOM development, configuration control, and engineering change management, while also supporting customer technical discussions and manufacturing readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong BOM and ECO discipline with the ability to interpret customer drawings, validate manufacturability, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams. This role works cross-functionally with customers, program delivery, sourcing, and manufacturing to ensure that released configurations are accurate, current, and buildable.
