About the job The Customer and Market Insights Sr. Specialist supports the Market Research Team in achieving set targets by developing and executing research studies and initiatives that will provide Home Credit with relevant, updated, and organized information on the market, competition, our brand & products, and our customers. This role will champion customer's voice and is expected to be passionate about research and data analysis, with an understanding how the business works and how our products are perceived by customers. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute major adhoc research project / HQ research requirement Lead in identification and onboarding of third-party tool / process for the market research team (as necessary) May handle tracking and reporting of budget usage to the Head of Market Research, vis-à-vis MarComm Budget Monitoring Support assigned business partners / product streams and the market research team by providing timely and relevant customer and business insight. Acts as project manager - r esponsible for execution of end to end market research study, both for quantitative and qualitative studies, from conceptualization to data gathering to reporting and analysis. Acts as interviewer and moderator for data gathering activities such as IDIs and Focused Group Discussions. Updates the streams on latest trends and competition on the assigned product. Partner management of external agencies for large and wide-scope studies. Responsible for execution of any administrative requirement/process, as required by a research study Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, regulations and guidelines and maintain a strong governance discipline for all forms of comms What You Need to Have: Minimum 3-4 years of market research experience (agency or client side) Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Familiarity with market research methods, both quant and qual (ex: FGD, JTB / jobs to be done, cross tabulations, price sensitivity, concept testing, etc) Familiarity with market research tools (ex: Survey Monkey, pivot tables, SPSS) Intermediate to Advanced skills in various computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit discussions/support from other teams Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and working environment Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills Job Perks You'll Enjoy: Permanent dayshift schedule Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus HMO on Day 1 and HMO dependents coverage including same-sex partners Access to mental health and wellness partners Wellness Leaves and Birthday Leave Internal career mobility options Local and international learning opportunities Empower Filipinos with innovative financial solutions at Home Credit Philippines.
