CRM Campaign Senior Specialist

About the job The primary role is to handle campaign preparation and management. What You’ll Do Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives. Utilize CRM and RTDM to design effective and targeted marketing campaigns. Execute and monitor campaigns, ensuring they align with established strategies. Maintain documentation of campaign specifications, workflows, and results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and IT. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business goals. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. What You Need To Have Minimum 2-4 years working experience. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with CM , Real time campaigns. Knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
