What you can expect to be responsible for as a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist: - Entering Invoices - Processing Invoices with Multi currency - Credit Note Processing - Review Invoice - 2/3-way match with PO - Dealing with Accounts Payable Queries - Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. - Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies & account disbursements - Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup. - Follow up with requestor/approver for invoice approvals in the workflow system We think you’ll be successful in the role if you: - Business Degree preferred - Highly effective communication skills with stakeholder - Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility - Knowledge of English and Hebrew (at least B2 level) Why join us? - GEP benefits: Above standard starting salary, Language courses, Extra vacation days, Lunch vouchers, Sick days, Flexible benefits from you can chose, discounts and Home office. - GEP cares about people: We provide training, mentoring programs and career development plans to invest on our people. - GEP is fun: A fully renewed and modern office in the center of Prague, hosts an open, friendly and multicultural atmosphere with different nationalities. - GEP is growing: By adding new customers and providing new services, we have managed to consistently increase our turnover by double digits over the last couple of years.
