About The Role

Lead, Data Systems Division: Accountability, Student Achievement, & School Improvement Reports To: Coordinator of Data Management Evaluation Tool: HCSAPE Salary Schedule: Administrative Lead Revision Date: 7/2026 FLSA Status: Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and custom views directly utilizing the Infinite Campus schema. Develop advanced custom reports using Campus Analytics, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Tableau pulling from the Infinite Campus database. Build and deploy custom forms within Infinite Campus to capture unique district data points, utilizing Campus Workflow or custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript where applicable. Fulfill complex data extraction requests for district and school leadership, state and federal reporting compliance, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the data analytics team to maintain data governance and enforce data standardization. Maintain documentation of data flows, systems, and processes that allows for tracking of data issues and resolutions in the development of standard operating procedures. Support data audits and compliance processes necessary to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of required data metrics for federal, state, and local reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, information systems, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of SQL experience. This includes advanced proficiency in SQL with deep understanding of relational database design, joins, subqueries, and indexing. Direct experience navigating and querying Infinite Campus core tables preferred. Experience working withing a K-12 education environment is highly preferred. Strong written communication skills for developing standard operating procedure documentation. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment. Exceptional integrity, commitment to confidentiality, excellent character, and strong professional reputation. Ability to abide by the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators. Must be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work. Ability to be present at the physical worksite. Must perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting. Must perform routine physical activities such as bending and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Vision, hearing, written, and verbal communications are essential factors in performing required tasks.
