About The Role

The Performance Excellence Advisor is a key member of the Stamford Health Performance Excellence team, advancing high impact strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across the health system to ensure effective, timely execution against our highest organizational priorities. Reporting to the Director of Performance Excellence, this role leads complex workstreams, develops sophisticated analyses, and partners closely with clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to drive measurable results.
