Job Title: Pediatrician - Inpatient Location: York, PA Employment Type: Part Time (.5 FTE) About the Opportunity: Inpatient coverage for a 9-bed pediatric unit and a Newborn Nursery Manage pediatric admissions at York Hospital and provide pediatric consults for Emergency Medicine and across the health system About the Nursery - Level I nursery supported by a Level III NICU, Newborns 22 weeks and above Shifts: Nursery shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Hospital shifts: 24-hour shifts or 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM . 5 FTE = 20 hours/week (averaged) Night call taken from home Ability to combine night shift and nursery coverage Why Join Us: Broad inpatient pediatric experience without full PICU responsibility Strong subspecialty and NICU support Excellent flexibility and work-life balance First in Class Benefits: Physician-Designed Compensation Model, competitive Signing Bonus, robust educational loan repayment, and residency stiped available.
