Manager - Talent and OD (Program Management)

The Manager of Talent & OD is responsible for leading the evolution and execution of a portfolio of professional and career development initiatives and solutions for growing all levels of leaders and teams across the enterprise. This role is responsible for partnering with the Director, Enterprise Talent Management to set a PCD strategy that aligns to current and future business needs and converting that strategy to operational action.
