A highly reputable organization in Jordan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team on a full-time, 3-month contractual basis starting February 1st, 2026 . The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow company guidelines and service standards at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills are mandatory
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work full-time for the full 3-month duration
