Human Resources Director

Responsible for HR Strategy, building and strengthening the HR function in the subsidiary. Is a member of the Hermès Australia CoDir (Executive Management Team) and acts as the key advisor to the senior managers in all HR related matters. Working with Global and Regional teams to develop, coordinate and direct a variety of human resource programs and activities in line with the strategic goals of the business.
