About The Role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing all aspects of building maintenance such as: preventative maintenance as scheduled; basic plumbing installation; troubleshooting and regulation of air quality, temperature, and humidity in building interiors; and general maintenance and repair of assigned building. This position performs under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor and/or Manager
