About The Role

Senior Site Controller that will be responsible for all financial planning, reporting, accounting and compliance at the facility level. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to site leadership. In addition, this resource will serve as a key business partner and act as a hands-on finance leader who is equally comfortable in the details and presenting to senior leadership, and who understands the unique demands of a government contracting and manufacturing environment.

Own all site-level financial reporting including monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting Prepare and present financial results, variance analysis, and commentary to site and corporate leadership Partner with operations and program management teams to drive cost reduction, productivity, and margin improvement Manage and develop site accounting staff Act as primary contact for DCAA audits and external reviews Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company financial policies Support government contract accounting and compliance requirements including FAR and DFARS Lead capital expenditure planning and tracking at the site level Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency Coordinate with corporate finance on reporting and initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of accounting experience, including leadership/Controller-level Experience in government contracting environment Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA audits (preferred) Cost accounting / project accounting experience Manufacturing or engineering environment preferred ERP experience (Costpoint or similar preferred)
