Planner III

The Planner III develops production plans and schedules to meet customer demands. They also create shop orders and prepare inventory targets based on production plans and schedules.

Develop and maintain production plans based on the master production schedule Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, and material requirements to ensure operational continuity Create and close manufacturing jobs, while monitoring and following up on job status to ensure timely completion Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of production and project plans Identify planning risks, production bottlenecks, and process deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve performance Provide data-driven insights during production and operations planning meetings Maintain appropriate levels of raw material to support production requirements and inventory targets Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of production and project plans Lead and/or support scheduled planning meetings Perform critical ERP transactions Prepare special reports on status of production Maintain accurate planning data and system integrity within ERP and planning tools, including Epicor Kinetic and Power BI Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance Provide guidance, training, and support to junior planners while contributing to the development and standardization of planning processes and best practices

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field of Study Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
