Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor will be responsible for developing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will enhance employee’s workplace performance. This role supervises and assists the training coordinator and the material handler trainer to train new employees in all required operations and manufacturing tasks specific to their department.
