Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish or Italian (at least B1) are required.

Your responsibilities

Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Ploiesti office.
Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
Recruiting, training, evaluating, and supervising the subordinated team.
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
Analyzing the team’s results and reporting them to top management.
Motivating the team and proposing actions to achieve the objectives/targets and set KPIs.
