About The Role

**Food Prep:** Wash, peel, chop vegetables, and prepare meat/fish as directed by the chef.
**Kitchen Support:** Prepare spices, kitchen utensils, and assist in plating dishes.
**Cleaning:** Wash dishes and cookware; maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area.
**Inventory:** Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing food supplies into the storage/fridge correctly.

**Certificate:** Must have a **Hygieniapassi** (or be ready to take the test upon hiring).
**Language:** Must be able to speak and understand **Vietnamese**; English is a plus.
**Experience:** Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is an advantage; training will be provided if none.
**Skills & Attitude:** \* Fast-paced and able to handle pressure during peak hours.
Hardworking, clean, punctual, and responsible.
Good physical health (able to stand and move throughout the shift).
