Team Lead - MERN

We are searching for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our development efforts. Your expertise will drive the creation of cutting-edge web applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical strategy. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full-stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. You should have leadership experience as well.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Experience accurately estimating work, revising estimates and providing options to technical challenges
• Manage the execution of project and task assignments with developers and the PM team
• Serve as the technical lead on Development and production, among other tasks
• Craft and maintain Statement of Work, project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns/modules to achieve defined scopes of work
• Leverage internal tools, standards, and processes in all client work
• Collaborate with PM’s to translate requirements into comprehensive project approaches / plans that align with established timelines and budgets and can be executed successfully by the developer
• Drive satisfaction through repeated project delivery successes and strategic engagement
• Collaborate with web team members (typically Senior Engineers) in the delivery of the project work and in alignment with established project metrics
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with web developers, with an emphasis on continuously improving project approaches and outcomes
• Help peers and junior team members debug code or resolve technical problems
• Implement tools and best practices and act as subject-matter expert
• Enhance, re-architect or write new algorithms for better performance
• Understand and lead enterprise application design and development in MERN Deployment of production codebases in cloud like AWS, Azure, Google, etc
• Monitors and verifies that the company coding standards and development practices are being followed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Full Stack Developer
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a Team Lead
• Must have worked on Typescript, Angular/React, NestJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS
• Hands-on experience in the development of RESTAPIs
• Should have good debugging and analyzing skills
• Working experience with Postgresql Knowledge of AWS components like - S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda function etc
• Must have enterprise-level experience in performing Architecture & hands-on Development with MERN
• Experience in NOSQL database like MongoDB, DynamoDB
• Experience in Elastic Search, Redis and Memcached
• Architecting and deploying applications for AWS
• Container based microservice architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)Provisioning DevOps tools and continuous integration
• Building server applications using several different open-source stacks
• Architect, design, build and operate scalable software systems and services
• Experience with major architecture patterns
• Experience in use of Atlassian JIRA/Redmine, Confluence, Git & current tools
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
