Your responsibilities

• ✈️Passenger and baggage check-in at check-in counters
• ✈️Overweight & service charges
• ✈️Travel document and identification checks
• ✈️Aircraft arrivals service
• ✈️Passenger escorts
• ✈️Gate exit coordination
• ✈️Lost and found services
• (Gate organisation / Announcements / Hand baggage check / Passenger boarding)

What we are looking for

• ✈️High school diploma
• ✈️English degree at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
• ✈️Second foreign language desirable
• ✈️Previous experience in a similar position or customer service preferred
• ✈️Familiarity with computers
