Accounting & Controlling Manager - The Role Supervision of the day-to-day accounting Preparation of the annual accounts Act as the point of contact for the external accounting firms and during audit Preparation of the corporate tax returns Monthly Reporting to the company's HQ Preparation and follow-up of the yearly budgets, cost and inventory control Establish KPIs, track and explain variances Assist the Manager in Payroll and HR-related tasks Accounting & Controlling Manager - About You You have obtained a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Accounting, Business/Management Sciences, Financial Engineering, or another relevant degree You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling or Audit You are fluent in Dutch and English, with an operational level of French You are a team player with a SME mindset, you are always ready to roll up your sleeves and find constructive solutions Familiarity with SAP is a plus Accounting & Controlling Manager - The Offer The company offers a very competitive salary package: Gross salary up to 6000€ gross Company car, charging pass Meal vouchers Net expenses Hospitalization & group insurance Yearly performance bonus The working hours are flexible, and homeworking is possible up to 2 days a week.
