Project Manager - Dealer Digital Communication

Which skills and experience do you bring with you?

You have experience in developing and/ or implementing digital communication targeted to the dealer or distribution network on a business to business set-up

You have driven digital marketing projects on a cross-geographical environment

You have knowledge about User Experience and/ or Information Design

You are passionate about how to use Digital Marketing tools and tactics to support the company’s business objectives

You have a university degree in a digital marketing related education or equivalent professional experience

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a benefit What is the purpose of this job?

As Project Manager for Dealer Digital Communication you will be part of the Digital Infrastructure team at Brand & Market Communication, and will work cross-functionally with other teams at Volvo CE and the Volvo Group, with the objective to contribute to the development of Volvo CE digital maturity.

Your main focus will be to improve and develop how we use digital channels to communicate to our dealer organization.

What will you do in your role?

You will

Actively contribute to the creation of the dealer communication strategy for Volvo CE and its roadmap

Evaluate our current dealer digital communication set-up, identify gaps and missed opportunities

In close collaboration with project stakeholders and the selected supplier, define the digital communication structure targeted to our dealer organization, and design its concept and navigation

Gather requirements, define scope and budget, coordinate and follow-up progress and communicate to relevant steering committees

Participate in the development of the defined concept

Drive its roll-out and implementation
