Hotel Manager (Accommodation and restaurant)

Hetan Majatalo is seeking a responsible and administratively skilled supervisor for a full-time, indefinite-term position in Enontekiö. In this role, you will be responsible for the guesthouses day-to-day operational management, ensuring smooth customer service, and assisting with financial administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations and performing a variety of administrative tasks
• Invoicing and assisting with financial management tasks
• Personnel management and shift scheduling
• Serving as the designated manager responsible for alcohol sales in accordance with the Alcohol Act
• Developing international customer service and marketing

We expect you to have

• Relevant administrative experience or prior supervisory experience
• A valid liquor license and the willingness to take responsibility for liquor service operations
• Good English skills and Finnish skills
• Diligence, an independent work ethic, and the ability to live in the Enontekiö area
