Production Manager

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in areas of business administration, electronics, logistics or MIS, etc.;
2. 3+ years experience in supply chain management, logistics management, management of MIS, or production management in electronics industry;
3. Good time management skills;
4. Strong organization, interpersonal and team working skills;
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
6. Working language: English; speaking Chinese is preferred;
7. Location: Sweden and/or China; be able to travel a lot in Europe, China, and other places where the supply chain would involve;
8. Organize the establishment of IT system for supply chain, production and logistics management for the company;
9. Supervise the management of production data and guarantee its security, from data generation, storage, to accessibility and transfer;
10. Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials and production data;
11. Negotiate with suppliers worldwide;
12. Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments;
13. Negotiate rates with carriers, and assess and recommend proper shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet delivery requirement;
14. Maintain customer service records and safety records;
